Does freeshop download while on other app

This happens when I try to open the Freeshop, didn't had this problem before, any idea? freeShop is an open source eShop alternative for the Nintendo 3DS. It allows you to browse and install titles you own (i.e. titles for which you have the titlekey). Regarding to that problem i had before, I can connect to freeshop now, but instead i got a problem with attempting to download an application, in which it starts the download, only to not do a single kB and then the download stops with infinite attempts to retry the download. If eShop partially installed it, or you previously purchased some DLC through eShop on that console, you may lose the DLC freeShop installs when you revisit eShop. This is currently unavoidable. Now the screen is fubar. I have all the game files but I cannot identify what they are and cannot use them on my emulator as they are not actual CIAs.
